Job Summary

The Business Administrator of Operations is responsible for personnel and human resources management, including the care and oversight of the entire parish campus. This role requires a high level of collaboration with maintenance personnel, building and grounds volunteers, the pastor, the school principal, the finance council, the parish council, and diocesan resources. The Business Administrator mentor's front office and facilities staff ensure parish membership and database accuracy, manage non-financial aspects of stewardship, and facilitate effective collaboration with the Business Administrator responsible for accounting and finances, facilities, stewardship planning and development, and the Parish Pastoral Council.

The Business Administrator role is divided into two functional staff roles:

• Finance and Accounting: budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, finance council, etc.

• Operations: human resources, campus and facilities, mentoring front office and facilities staff and projects, parish membership, stewardship, non-financial engagement and development, parish council, etc.
