Church of the Home for Saturday, October 18

Parish Lyceum

The Parish Lyceum will feature a variety of topics, guidelines, and relevant information to nurture the PIESS of our lives – physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and social.

How do baseball and biblical stories intersect? As the end of the baseball season nears, we can reflect upon the dedication of athletes like Paul Skeens and the importance of persistence. And just like repetition in training and the support of teammates can lead to excellence in performance, we need to exercise prayer and lean on our community to strengthen our hearts to trust in God. Join Tony as he reflects on this weekend's scripture.
