Part of the stewardship way of life in a parish is accountability. Our accountability as parish leadership includes a pastoral planning process! Based on the Gallup theory of engagement we have created materials to inspire and assist our committees in better “being” church instead of simply “doing” church.
If you’re new to one of our committees or are interested in parish engagement or the history of our process, we recommend opening our Gallup scorecard side-by-side with our Leadership Handbook or planning booklet. The orientation presentation will give you more detailed information about the status of our parish and our planning process!
