Just Faith Migration Module at Resurrection
Are you interested in learning more about migration? Do you want to enter the dialogue with information and a spiritual perspective? Join us for JustFaith!
Migration is a complex issue that is reshaping the cultural, economic and political landscape of the planet. This new module of JustFaith offers the opportunity for prayer, reading and reflection as well as discussion and discovery related to this critical and controversial issue of our day. This eight session module provides participants a chance to find common ground and to discover more about themselves, their values, our God and the millions of people who are on the move in every part of the world.
Our sessions are January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27 and March 6 and 13 at 6:00PM at Resurrection. This module will be co-facilitated by Marge Mattice and Michele Becker. Sign up and materials can be found online (we recommend before January 5th, 2018) while sessions will be held in person at Resurrection. All are welcome. Call Michele at 920.336.7768 or email for more information.

O Little Town of Bethlehem
“How silently, how silently the wondrous gift is given”
God has showered us with all that we need in every aspect of life. Just walk along the beach on a clear night and look up and out. Think about the love and grace we have been freely given, and recall that “we’re the object of the greatest love that was, is, and ever shall be.”
There is not just enough to go around, there is more than enough. God has bold dreams for us, and the resources to fulfill those dreams. Our anxiety and fear about the future hinder our generosity. The message of the angels remains, “Fear not, I bring you good news of a great joy for all people.” Our response is the quiet acceptance and wonder of Mary, the jubilation and singing of the shepherds, the awe-filled gift-giving of the Magi.
