Soul Food: Confirmation 2011
The 2011-2012 journey toward Confirmation has begun! As part of our Sunday Supper focus this year, our theme is Soul Food and we will be using lots of food analogies in our learning this year.
We have 51 students and 5 team members preparing for the sacrament this year. We just completed our orientation retreats this past week! Parents and students gathered to learn about the journey and spend some time reflecting together on the faith journey to this point.
With six more sessions, parish service projects, and the sacrament ahead of us, we ask for your continued prayers. May we all be reminded that we have committed in Confirmation to a lifetime of discipleship and witness to the message of Jesus.
